Named for the French word for lumberjack, this French-American restaurant draws inspiration from Minnesota's North Woods and the generations of lumberjacks who shaped the region.

Price $218, including the site fee

The menu is as follows-

Hors d'œuvre/Cocktail Hour-

Pommes Dauphine- Gruyère, celery, and caraway
Venison Tartare- Poached egg yolk, spruce tips, and rye chips

Dinner

Course 1-Foie Gras Terrine- Amaretto gel, Door County cherry jam, warm scone, and Marcona almonds

Course 2- Roasted Turnips- Turnip Greens, rhubarb purée, turnip soubise, and beef bordelaise

Course 3- Celery Root Tortelloni- Acorn–chicken broth, hen of the woods mushrooms, and mushroom oil

Course 4- Wild Acres Duck Breast- Purple potato rösti, red cabbage purée, roasted honey crisp apple, and aronia berries

Dessert- Carrot Cake- Cream cheese frosting, carrot–ginger sorbet, candied pecans, and golden raisin purée
