(x2) Kolambiche Dangar- Crispy, rustic shrimp cutlet, fresh grated coconut, mashed potato, minced onions, rice flour, Malvan spices, and fresh herbs served with green chutney

Mains:
Khekdyache Kalwan-Crab curry with a complex blend of toasted coconut paste/vatan, Malvani masala, tamarind, and kokum syrup
Kombdi Vade- A Malvan delicacy consisting of chicken prepared with a dry coconut/KOPRA paste, special coastal spice blend Malvani Masala served w/ a multigrain puffed puri variant "Vade"
Shagoti- Wild mushrooms slow-cooked with roasted fennel seed, star anise, poppy seed, coconut, and tamarind

2 sides of Ambe Mohar. A fragrant, short-grain rice known for its distinctive mango-like aroma. Or one regular jeera rice and one ambe.

Dhondas- Semolina, jackfruit, and mango steamed pudding with grated coconut, cashew nuts, raisins, pistachio pearls, mango coulis
