Beginner - Advanced Flow Jam in Brooklyn

Join us in Prospect Park for a flow jam! Hula hoops will be provided by our team and/or feel free to bring your own props. Learn the fundamentals of hula hooping, get some some exercise, refine your tricks, and meet fellow flow artists in the area.

Sun supposedly sets at 8pm, so if you would like to bring LED props as well, please feel free!

*Please note that this is open to any and all flow props, but I will only be bringing and teaching with hula hoops (others will be able to teach other props); open to all beginners who want to learn how to twirl a hula hoop on their hand and want something to do on a Friday eve and superstars who can work with 6 hula hoops (or want to learn)*
