Wilderness First Aid: (WFA)
Two WFA classes will be offered this Spring. March 28-29 and April 25-26. Both classes are located at the Weis Environmental Center, Ringwood, NJ. The classes are 16 hours training ( a full weekend) on how to manage back country medical issues. Class covers bleeding control, splinting, shock, heat and cold weather issues, patient assessment, recognize shock and how to treat it, scene management and more.
