This month Dalia Raphael will cover off a new and exciting tool in Dynamics CRM 2013, the Unified Service Desk (USD). The Unified Service Desk (USD) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides a configurable framework for quickly building applications for call centers so that agents can get a unified view of the customer data stored in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. USD is a desktop application that helps your agents provide phone, email, chat, and social media support to your customers.
