Cellarmaker Oakland Lake Merritt Run

We will meet at Cellarmaker Brewing in Jack London Square, and we will run a 5k or ~5-miler around Lake Merritt before returning to the taproom for beers and food. (The 5k turnaround will be at Snow Park -- near the 20th St/Harrison St/Lakeside Dr signal light.)

Although the meeting time is at 6:30pm, we typically don't start the actual run until 6:40pm.

Like many places in Oakland, there are car break-ins in the area so please do not leave anything in your car to tempt the thieves. We don't have a designated spot for our stuff at Cellarmaker, yet, but there is usually someone staying behind to watch it -- stay tuned. The taproom is located 0.6 miles from either 12th St BART or Lake Merritt BART stations, and there's plenty of bike parking.

Like all runs, we will do our best to prevent people from getting lost (verbal directions are often provided beforehand or QR code with directions is printed) and we are very flexible when it comes to pace and distance. All levels of running and drinking experience are welcome!
