Heart & Dagger Saloon Lake Merritt Run

IMPORTANT - Heart & Dagger has a very strict ID policy. You will need an ID in order to enter the bar even if you aren't drinking.

We will meet at the Heart and Dagger Saloon by 6:30pm, start the run 10 minutes later, run around Lake Merritt (~3.25 miles -- depending on your way around), and return to the bar for drinks and snacks.

Like all runs, we will do our best to prevent people from getting lost and we are very flexible when it comes to pace and distance. All levels of running and drinking experience are welcome!

Like anywhere in Oakland, please do not leave personal items of ANY value in your car if you plan on driving here. Heart & Dagger is about 1.5 miles away from the 19th Street BART station and offers nearby bike parking. If you plan to drive, there is typically plenty of parking available across the street under 580. The bar is dog friendly.
