OBR Trails and Ales II

A little late to post, but it's happening. The second edition of Trails and Ales for this 2026. Join OBR on the trails for this Saturday morning again from Canyon Meadow Staging Area of Redwood Regional Park. Then, we'll finish it off with drinks and food down the hill at Ghost Town Brewing in the Laurel District.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
9AM Long trail run (about 10 miles)
10AM Mid length run (about 6 miles)
10:30AM Out & back (3 to 4 miles)
11AM Picnic! We’ll wait for everyone to finish and provide snacks & sparkling water. BYO preferred refreshment!
12PM Caravan down to GHOST TOWN BREWING in the Laurel, 3506 MacArthur Blvd.

Park at Canyon Meadow Staging Area, Oakland, 94619, and meet us at Orchard Picnic Area up the Stream Trail.

Additional parking available at the Wayside Lot.

Routes will be announced later. Stay tuned. (Note: Majority of the Stream Trail is closed due to construction. We won't have the same route to run like last year. So, we will have new routes for this year's event.)

By attending this event, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with hiking/trail running. These can include falls, injuries, adverse weather, poison oak, and other hazards. Participants agree to assume all risks associated with the activity and release the organizers from liability.
Participants affirm they are physically fit for the activity, will stay within their limits, be aware of their surroundings, and follow all park rules.
