Welcome to Oakland Sunday Brunch!
This group is for anyone in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who wants to build real friendships in Oakland through small, in-person meetups like brunches and coffee chats in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.
We use Groupvibe, a platform designed to help people connect offline, to coordinate each meetup. Our goal is to make socializing easier and more intentional, especially for people who are new to Oakland or looking to expand their circle. While Groupvibe helps organize the logistics, the focus of this group is community—helping members form lasting, local friendships.
How it works:
We host gatherings of 4–6 people where you meet over brunch or coffee at local Oakland cafés and restaurants. It’s about community, not just events. Many members stay in touch after their first meetup and arrange to meet again.
