Just over a month in, Donny Demento’s splendid little war is not going as expected. Who knew those cunning Iranians would have the temerity to fight back? His April Fools’ Day speech served only to confirm the ship of state is rudderless and careening towards the shoals of the strait of Hormuz. Gas prices are starting to soar, as are food and other prices. DHS remains unfunded as GOP infighting continues. Finally AG Bondi is beached by the Mango Menace for her failure to pull off the Epstein coverup, but is still under House subpoena. Will we see a change in her attitude? Can the GOP actually fund the government? Will the economy crater like the administration’s approval ratings? What is your take?
