Night Hike into Redwood Regional

The forest night hike is an exercise in being present, breaking out of patterns, and going beyond.

I will reveal a shortcut from the Pergola at Lake Merritt, to the closest entry point to our regional park system. At a swiftish pace, you can go from Trader Joe's, to deep within a redwood forest, in about 30 minutes by foot.

Plan is to do about 90 minutes through a forest, uphill to lookout point, and then exit through the fountain area of Joaquin Miller, and take streets back.
