Oakland Storytellers is for grownups who never grew out of story time. We are first-time, amateur and experienced local storytellers trying to get a weekly workshop off the ground. Each week, we play games and tell stories centered around a theme. We place a large emphasis on workshopping, so our meetings are a perfect place to bring unfinished work. Once a season, we plan to take the best stories, polish them, and perform them in a big showcase.
