Sound bath in Jack London Square (Farmer's Market!)

As part of the Jack London Farmer's Market, enjoy free Community Yoga in Jack London Square on the lawn in front of Scott's Seafood Grill & Bar. Enjoy an all levels Yoga Flow class led by a Nadia Oye. Let's practice reconnecting with the self outside in the sun and fresh air. All levels welcome. Newcomers and advanced enthusiasts alike. This event will be held by Kendra Patton. She will be facilitating a sound bath with crystal singing bowls for the community at the farmers market. Please bring a mat/blanket to enjoy and experience benefits such as reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep quality, and increased focus and clarity.
