As part of the Jack London Farmer's Market, enjoy free Community Yoga in Jack London Square on the lawn in front of Scott's Seafood Grill & Bar. Enjoy an all levels Yoga Flow class led by a Nadia Oye. Let's practice reconnecting with the self outside in the sun and fresh air. All levels welcome. Newcomers and advanced enthusiasts alike. Free Yoga For All. Donation-based (via venmo, cashapp or cash). Bring a friend!
Enjoy the Farmer's Market before or after as it runs from 11 am -4 pm.
