Bullying in the Workplace: A Survival Guide
·OnlineOnline9 attendees from 7 groupsWorkplace bullying can cause anxiety, depression, PTSD, physical illness, loss of reputation, loss of income, and many other issues. Yet bullying only continues due to a power imbalance; so what power do victims of bullying actually have? What are some practical steps that can be taken to address and overcome the situation? This seminar is both academic and practical, and will address those questions, and more, including what bullying is (and is not), a bully’s weapons and tactics, how an anti-bullying culture is in the best interest of business (and ways to establish that culture). Also, we’ll have an additional focus on leadership development so that our own actions are not perceived as bullying by our employees, either.
Brian Rush has 28 years in leadership, as a Marine officer and human capital consultant. He has advanced degrees and certifications, as well as extensive experience across the military, federal agencies, and corporate sectors.
At the end of this seminar/webinar, there will be a brief Christian story.
