Come join us for an outdoor park workout! Today's agenda:
0-10min: Intros, warmup
10-50min: Bodyweight workout (burpees, squats)
50-60min: Yoga recovery, mobility, and cooldown
I will give adjustments, modifications, and form technique for all fitness levels. No equipment needed, but I would recommend water, a towel, and a yoga mat.
