Details

An informal space for anyone experiencing the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or any life transition that carries grief.

This gathering is not about “fixing” grief; it’s about sharing stories, asking honest questions, and being witnessed in a compassionate, non-judgmental space. It may also include discussions around identity and finding new purpose or meaning to navigate the future after grief.

The core concept behind this is to remind you: You are not alone. Here, your voice, your silence, your tears, and your story are welcome.

💬 What to expect

  • Open conversation: share if you want, listen if you prefer
  • Gentle prompts to help reflection
  • Space to gain new perspectives around grief
  • No advice-giving or pressure, just presence, connection, and understanding

I’d love to see as many faces as possible to build a sense of community, but there's no pressure to keep your camera on. Feel free to introduce yourself and then turn it off if you prefer.

This is a supportive space, not a space for trauma dumping or reliving extreme experiences in detail. Please share in ways that are safe for you and considerate of the group.

I am so glad to have you here, whether to speak, listen, or simply sit with others who understand. 🌷

Looking forward to holding this space with you.
