This group is for people who are new to Orange County and looking for a sense of community while they are in the process of getting settled. This group is for people who would like to meet others who are going through the same experience and also people who can help them navigate settling in OC. What we want is to offer a positive experience to those who have chosen OC as their new home. We want you to feel welcome.
Our goal is to share experiences like tips on restaurants and food, hidden "finds" and adventures that one can experience in OC. Please feel free to share in this group if you are already an OC resident. For those who have just arrived in this beautiful county, welcome! Please feel free to ask us for any tips.
I am no expert but I am all for building a positive and welcoming community. Just like you, I cannot wait to hear from other people's experiences and share my own.. Looking forward to getting to know our OC community more.

We'll take this time to welcome new and current residents of Orange County and build new friendships. - Some establishments have a hard time splitting the bill, as such, we recommend you also bring cash just in case
- Check out the menu for food prices ahead and determine if you have budget or dietary restrictions.
3. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RSVP?
If you confirm but need to cancel, please advise us 3-5 days before so we can give your slot to someone else.
***4. HOW WILL I KNOW IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE EVENT? ***
If there are any changes to the time or dates of the meet-up you will be advised accordingly via the meet-up site. So check your page before the event.

We tailor fit our events to be small enough so everyone can mingle. So we keep a maximum of 8-10 people per event.
7. WHAT IF THE EVENT SLOTS AREA ALL FILLED AND I STILL WANT TO JOIN
You can always message me to have you wait listed. In case someone cancels, we will let you know right away that a slot has opened up.
8. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
If you plan to invite a plus one, we need to know so we can make sure they are accommodated in the reservation.
