Leadership Retreat Irvine

Hello and Welcome OCLeaders,

We are planning for a Leadership retreat where we will share our perspectives on Leadership and collectively talk about what Leadership is and is not.

The purpose of this retreat is to:

1. Remember how to assess a leadership challenge quickly
2. Identify a feasible course of action
3. Apply Leadership best practices for a given situation

Agenda:

1. Introductions
2. Think of LEAD in LEADership as an Acronym - create and share your version of the acronym LEAD and tell us why.
3. Discuss a real-world work/life story and then align it with your LEAD acronym.

As we are continuing our discussions about LEAD, we will go for an easy hike. Please come relaxed and bring your tennis/hiking shoes, a light jacket, sunglasses, sunhat, sunscreen, snacks, and water.
