Winemaker Riley Hubbard's wines are shaped by her time studying wine and agriculture through Australia & Europe. With a Master’s in viticulture and enology with a global focus she's studied in Montpellier and Bordeaux in France, worked at Domaine d’Aupilhac in Montpeyroux, and completed her thesis on organic viticulture while living in Udine, Italy, in the heart of Friuli.

Hubba 2023 Spoonman Chenin Blanc (Retail $50)

This bright, mineral-driven white comes from old dry-farmed vines in one of Paso’s hottest spots. It’s lean, grounded, and full of quiet strength, with a charm that sneaks up on you.

Alta Colina 24 Picpoul Blanc (Retail $48)
Only 125 cases produced
The Picpoul Blanc is fresh and inviting, featuring aromas of green apple, lemon verbena, and wet stone. On the palate, it balances citrus and orchard fruits like ripe pear, lemon curd, and white peach. Its soft texture and gentle acidity enhance the flavors, while a subtle mineral note provides a clean, polished finish.

Alta Colina 24 Carbonic Grenache (Retail $38)

This pale ruby wine benefits from a slight chill before serving. It offers aromas of wild strawberry, cherry compote, rose petal, white pepper, and dried herbs. The bright, silky palate balances fruit and earth, featuring flavors of red currant, pomegranate, and a hint of forest floor, leading to a smooth, gently tannic finish.

Alta Colina 22 Old 900 Syrah (Retail $68)
Named after the B-29 aircraft that Maggie's father Bob’s father flew in WWII.
The nose is dark and brooding with aromas of blueberries, pepper, and smoked meat, accented by graphite and damp earth. This full-bodied Syrah offers flavors of black licorice, cured olive, and charred herbs. It is structured and savory, finishing with iron notes and well-integrated tannins for further bottle aging.
