Welcome runners! Ready to start making your runs easy and enjoyable? Strength and conditioning are fundamental to prevent injuries, run faster, and improve your running economy. This group exists to connect the running community all across Oceanside.
This group aims to help runners develop the strength and conditioning to take their run to the next level.
Runners of all levels should join this group to learn the secrets to unlocking their full athletic potential.
I started this group to connect the running community of Oceanside and share my knowledge with other running enthusiasts. Each event will consist of breath work, strength and conditioning, and a short 1-3 mile run afterward.
