Very nice to hear Bjarne in person. But difficult to hear. Also, guy behind me mumbled all the time second session.

Although Bjarne didn't go deep into details, which makes perfect sense, it was a good an in depth talk about the evolution of the language. I understand one can't talk about new features within the language in detail within limited time, but may be we should have talked more about new features (e.g. decltype, lambdas, variadic templates, template aliases, etc) instead of starting from "the universe was a nebula before the time" or spending more time on threads (which also are important but already does require some knowledge/experience).

Really enjoyed the talk. It is good to hear things from the language creator. Hope to get more on tehnical details and some hard core techniqies for next time.

That was interesting, insightful and educational. Now, give me all of C++0x features in one compiler :)

I think it's going in the right direction, getting easier and at the same time getting more features.
