About us

Do you love rock climbing and call it your passion? Are you curious about climbing and want to give it a try? This group is for new and experienced rock climbers and alpinist alike who want to meet-up, learn, mentor, inspire and have fun rock climbing and/or ascending mountains together. We are an inclusive group with a focus on safety and the creation of a positive, supportive learning environment that inspires personal growth. We host both indoor and outdoor climbs in or near Ogden, UT and beyond.

The Weber State University Outdoor Program is proud to host the Ogden Climbing Festival. The Ogden Climbing Festival is the premier climbing event in the region and brings together climbers from all climbing disciplines to introduce them to the best of Ogden, Utah.
The OCF boasts three days of incredible events from educational climbing clinics for all abilities, stewardship and service opportunities, climbing competitions, and inspiring keynote speakers. The OCF brings together climbers, educators, retailers, and top companies to carry on the rich climbing tradition of Ogden, Utah.
