Your Dish VS Table 25

We are going to taste test our salmon vs table 25's salmon dish ( PLEASE DO NOT BRING FOOD). Try making your salmon(at home), and testing it against table 25's Salmon. I am going to charge $7 We can split the salmon 4 ways.

Hints:
It's a pesto sauce
use Kosher Salt
Salmon( most likely Atlantic) (If you use Red Salmon it will be tastier)
Finish with Sherry.
