About us
Ogre Does LLMs is a meetup for people who looked at artificial intelligence and thought, “Yes, but what happens if we give the ogre API access?”
We talk LLMs, coding agents, local models, automation, MCP, ridiculous architectures, things that absolutely should not have worked but somehow shipped, and occasionally things that looked brilliant at 2 AM and became an incident report by breakfast.
Developers, engineers, AI people, curious humans, recovering prompt engineers, and anyone who has ever said “hold my beer” before opening a terminal are welcome.
There will be demos.
There will be opinions.
There may be architecture diagrams.
The architecture diagrams may be crimes.
No sales pitches. No corporate AI enlightenment ceremonies. No pretending we know where this is all going.
Bring something you built. Bring something you broke. Bring a question. Bring a laptop. Or just show up and watch an ogre explain why giving six autonomous agents access to GitHub seemed perfectly reasonable at the time.
