Discover balance, strength, and inner peace at our Community Yoga Class with Kornelia Kumik! This monthly class offers a gentle approach to yoga, blending movement, meditation, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation.
The nature of the classes vary, from Vinyasa flow. which is more dynamic and intense, to gentle, restorative practices, to yin yoga with long holds that help open the myofascial tissue, release tension, and create more space in both mind and body.
Kornelia has a background in physical therapy and massage, and overtime has shifted her focus to energy work. Currently she is embracing biodynamic craniosacral therapy training

One on one sessions are also available.
As with all the Centre for Spiritual Living services, this is a drop-in, by donation offering.
