Open Flow Night

Open Flow Night is our monthly community open mic — a welcoming stage for music, poetry, comedy, dance, and every kind of artistic expression.

Unlike the usual bar or pub scene, Open Flow offers a peaceful, sober, and supportive environment where all ages can connect, listen, and create together. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or stepping onto the stage for the first time, you’ll find an audience that’s attentive, caring, and open to every voice.

📅 Happening every 3rd Friday of the month from 6–9 PM at the Okanagan Centre for Spiritual Living (2913 29th Ave, Vernon). Drop in by donation — coffee, tea, and snacks available for purchase.
