Discover balance, strength, and inner peace at our Community Yoga Class with Samantha & Kornelia! This monthly class offers a gentle approach to yoga, blending movement, meditation, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. Teachers alternate weekly.

The nature of the classes vary, from Vinyasa flow. which is more dynamic and intense, to gentle, restorative practices, to yin yoga with long holds that help open the myofascial tissue, release tension, and create more space in both mind and body.

Perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Feel the connection of body, heart, and soul.

One on one sessions are also available.

As with all the Centre for Spiritual Living services, this is a drop-in, by donation offering.
