This monthly support group entails breathwork, sharing, and a guided meditation to nurture ourselves.
About Hetty, the facilitator:
Hetty was born and raised in the Netherlands and immigrated to Canada in 1996.Throughout her own wellness journey, Hetty has come to experience how important meditation and relaxation is to stay balanced, focused and relaxed. Hetty has taught meditation in recovery centers and private settings. Now experiencing menopause herself, she knows how important the power of sisterhood and support is with other's going through similar changes. Hetty has a calm, gentle and non-judgmental demeanor and is very much looking forward guiding, growing and sharing with you soon!
