We will meet on Highway 97 and old Vernon Rd. just north of the airport at 7:00 AM. car pool from there, KAYAK, PADDLE BOARD, CANOE. Life jackets. bring lunch, lots of water, SUN BLOCK, SUN HAT, GOOD ATTITUDE. we will go at a slower pace stop for lunch along the river. a light rain jacket just in case.we will start in Grindrod next to the ball diamonds, if you are coming from Vernon or further north meet us in Grindrod at 8:30. mostly a slow moving river with a small portion of lake at the end. After we can stop in Grindrod for BEVY ??? Blueberrys are ready at Madelea just north od Grindrod, $16 a box ( great price ) I can take 2 kayaks up to 12 feet in length in my truck. SEE YOU THERE
