Come and experience the healing power of sound, stillness, and sacred vibration.
Laurie Z., a student of the School of Metaphysics and healing arts practitioner since 2007, invites you into a soothing hour of relaxation and renewal. Through prayer, tone, and the sacred frequencies of Alchemy Singing Bowls, Gong Drum, and Native American Flute, we align body, mind, and spirit with the harmonies of the Divine. Music is medicine and each of us carries our own unique song. Bring your yoga mat, blanket, and whatever helps you feel comfortable as we journey inward to the divine heart space, allowing the healing vibrations to flow through us. Let’s be still for a while... rest, restore, and remember our Oneness.
