Welcome to the OKR Leaders Group Berlin 🚀
We’re Vivien and Maxi, two passionate OKR Leaders based in Berlin. In 2024, we took over this Meetup group with a clear intention: to create an inspiring space for everyone who wants to explore, practice, and evolve with Objectives and Key Results. This community is for curious beginners, experienced practitioners, leaders, coaches and OKR experts alike. Our Meetups are designed as interactive forums where you can learn the fundamentals, exchange real-world experiences, share best practices and go beyond OKRs into the broader topics of strategy, alignment, leadership and impact.
Our goal is to spark new ideas, encourage honest conversations, and create room for meaningful exchange—across industries, company sizes, and experience levels.
We plan to host one Meetup per quarter, bringing together innovative companies, practitioners, and OKR enthusiasts from the Berlin ecosystem and beyond. Whether you’re just starting your OKR journey or have been working with OKRs for years, you are more than welcome here. We’re excited to welcome you to TAM Akademie, an inspiring location that perfectly matches what our community stands for: fresh thinking, experimentation, and meaningful exchange. 🚀This time, we’re diving into: “Beyond the OKR Playbook: 3 Challenges and How We Cracked Them at the TAM Akademie”
OKRs look great on paper - but in practice, they often create confusion, friction or unrealistic expectations when applied too rigidly. In this session, we’ll share insights from 4 years of working with OKRs at TAM: the myths, mistakes and tensions we’ve seen - and what actually helped.
Together, we’ll explore three common OKR beliefs, challenge some “golden rules” and discuss when it makes sense to adapt the framework instead of following the textbook. Expect practical input, honest lessons learned and an open exchange with fellow practitioners.🗓️ Agenda:
