This time, we’re diving into: “Beyond the OKR Playbook: 3 Challenges and How We Cracked Them at the TAM Akademie”
OKRs look great on paper - but in practice, they often create confusion, friction or unrealistic expectations when applied too rigidly. In this session, we’ll share insights from 4 years of working with OKRs at TAM: the myths, mistakes and tensions we’ve seen - and what actually helped.
Together, we’ll explore three common OKR beliefs, challenge some “golden rules” and discuss when it makes sense to adapt the framework instead of following the textbook. Expect practical input, honest lessons learned and an open exchange with fellow practitioners.
