Thinking back and looking forward with OKRs- Community Christmas edition!

Details
2022 is coming to an end - and so we want to take the opportunity to close this rollercoaster year for the OKR Community with a festive and insightful last Community event as well.
In this meetup we want to reflect back on the last year(s), the evolution of OKRs, good and bad practices, eye-rolling and funny stories and more with lots of friends from the Community!
It will be a relaxed and open atmosphere to share and network, but we want to make sure you take away some insights as well.
So, if you have an eye-rolling / funny / enlightening story you want to share with the Community - just reach out to me before the meetup on Linkedin (first come, first serve basis - the most inspiring story will receive a copy of my OKRs AT THE CENTER book and a little surprise).
Story Time:
- Timebox per story: 5 min
- Quick Context (of organization, OKR experience etc.)
- Story on one particular aspect of OKRs (implementation, definition, check-ins, roles,....)
- Takeaways (practical tips you can share with the Community)
Rough agenda
> Check-in and networking
> Quick intro
> 5-6 OKRs stories including quick Q&A
> Wishlist for 2023 for the OKR meetup (topics, experiments,..)
> Outlook on events and more to come
> Check Out
Bring some Christmas Cookies and mulled wine / cocoa for extra Christmas spirit - and pick a Zoom background that fits the season!
And if Christmas is not for you - I am intrigued to learn from your Zoom background what moves you in December 2022.
I am looking forward to a great session with you!

It would be best for the later participation in the breakout rooms to use a Zoom app for your computer or mobile device, but the Browser version should work fine as well. Please download the app before the meetup (No licenses needed).
