👀 In this year’s OKR Open Space Event we would like to uncover typical OKR fail stories and help others to avoid making the same mistakes.

🎙 We, your hosts Cansel Sörgens & Natalija Hellesoe, are going to kick off the event with two fail stories!

Cansel Sörgens has 14+ years of experience in Digital Product Management and Orgniasaiton Development. Since 2011 she works with agile practices as Product and Portfolio Manager and Agile Organisation Developer. Between 2010 and 2016, with a team of developers and designers she managed cross-divisional, corporate-strategy relevant international Business Development projects. From 2016 to 2021, Cansel was responsible for the Agile Transformation of an e-commerce company and accompanied the shift from project-led to product-led organisation.

Since 2016, she practices and teaches Objectives and Key Results, and as a systemic strategy and OKR Coach, Cansel uses a holistic approach to guide organisations of all sizes from different industries in strategy development and implementation, organisational development, and transformations. She shares her passion and experience as speaker, author and founder of OKR Lean Coffee, Reshaping the Future of OKRs. She shares her passion for OKR with OKR practitioners worldwide as speaker, author, and founder of international events such as OKR Lean Coffee and Reshaping the Future of OKRs. Natalija Hellesoe is an organizational development coach and OKR expert. She supports companies wanting to increase focus, autonomy, and value creation to identify and prioritize their challenges, set valuable goals and continuously improve. Natalija has been working within People Development and Transformation since 2010 before starting her own business offering an entire ecosystem of training and coaching focusing on Leadership & Responsibility, Objectives & Key Results and Agile HR & Learning.
In 2020, she published the practical book “OKRs at the center: How to drive change with goals and create the organization you want” together with Sonja Mewes via Sense & Respond Press which describes a holistic approach to OKRs as part of the organizational system and its potential for intentional organizational development. As an active member of the international OKR community, she runs a monthly meetup since 2019 and regularly speaks on related topics at international conferences.
