
What we’re about
A return to the old school boxing philosophy of "Feet first, hands second." Sessions are centered around the coordination of the feet and hands to efficiently move in boxing. These sessions are for people who are serious about learning boxing but not trying to become actual boxers.
Sessions include (but not limited to):
- basic boxing stance
- moving in all 4 directions (forward, backwards, right, left)
- Throwing punches in all 4 directions (forward, backwards, right, left)
Absolutely beginner friendly as that's where we will all start: from the beginning.
No mitts, bag work, or sparring.
Sessions can range from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the flow of the session.
And again, these sessions will NOT include mitts, bag work, or sparring so no boxing gloves needed, just your feet.
All that we ask is bring your enthusiasm and patience.
