July 27 | Burbank High School Track

Session #1 - Basic Movements

Goals:

  • What is boxing?
  • getting into the basic boxing stance
  • moving in all 4 directions from the basic boxing stance
  • jabbing and feinting in all 4 directions from the basic boxing stance

No mitts, no gloves, and no sparring/contact. Just bring your feet, enthusiasm, and patience.

If you RSVP and don’t show up without letting me know, you will be removed from the group with no chance to rejoin.
However, if you cancel, even at the last minute, but notify me via text message or call, no ill will. You’ll remain part of the group.

Maximum of 4 people so proper attention can be given.

Note: Burbank High School is normally open to the public; however, in the event it isn't I'll notify you guys before our start time as I will arrive early to confirm.
