What we’re about
The Gold Coast Mid Week Walking and Social Group and the Gold Coast Midweek Paddling and Outdoors Meetup Group were formed to facilitate mainly single day events based on hiking and kayaking.
The groups have expanded their horizons and have since done Multi day events in New Zealand, Blue Mountains, the Granite belt, Sunshine Coast and the North and Mid North Coasts of NSW.
Organiser, Warwick (Wazza) aka Oldcoastwalker has ceased the fundraising for Asthma Australia known as "WAZZA Wheezes around Woolies", and will now promote various walking paddling and cycling.
