For some, it’s harsh and relentless; for others, it hides behind perfectionism or “tough love.” In this session, we’ll look at how the inner critic operates—and what it’s trying to protect. Together, we’ll explore ways to replace self-judgment with self-compassion, without losing accountability or drive.

We'll discuss practical ways to notice critical self-talk, reframe it, and respond with balance and understanding. Come ready to reflect, share, and practice kindness toward yourself in a way that strengthens resilience, not weakness.
