Authenticity and the Masks We Wear
Who are you when you stop performing? Most of us learn to wear masks to protect, impress, or belong—but over time, those masks can blur who we really are. In this session, we’ll explore the roles we play in different parts of our lives and what it costs us to keep them up.
Through honest conversation and self-reflection, we’ll uncover what authenticity means to each of us and how to bring more of our real selves into daily life. This is an invitation to connect beneath the surface and practice being seen—fully and genuinely.
This is a safe and grounded space to share, listen, and grow together.
This group is a safe and supportive space to share insights, hear diverse perspectives, and help each other live more authentically. Whether you’ve been with the group since the beginning, recently joined, or are attending for the first time, this session is a chance to pause, reflect, and connect around what truly matters.
Who this is for:
Men seeking greater self-awareness, personal growth, and a stronger sense of purpose.
