### How I Enter the Room

Whether we realize it or not, we all bring a certain energy into the spaces we enter—and that presence is often felt by others before a word is spoken. This session invites us to slow down and notice how we show up, not as something to manage or perfect, but as information.

Together, we’ll explore questions like: What role do I tend to take when I walk into a room? How might my posture, tone, or attention shape the space around me? How is my presence likely experienced by others—and when does that awareness feel grounded versus performative?

Through grounding and open conversation, we’ll continue building awareness of how our internal state meets the world around us, and how that interaction influences connection. This session isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about noticing patterns and gaining choice in how you engage.

No prior attendance is required. Whether this is your first time or you’ve been part of the group for a while, you’re welcome to step in exactly where you are.

Who this is for:
Men seeking greater self-awareness, authenticity, and more intentional connection with others.
