### Holding, Giving, and Leaking

What I Carry Without Being Asked
All of us carry things—responsibilities, expectations, emotional weight, or unspoken roles—but we don’t all carry them in the same way. Some of us give freely and often. Others conserve, hold back, or protect what we have. Both can shape how our energy moves through our lives.

This session invites us to explore what we carry, what we give, and what we withhold—sometimes without realizing it. Where does our energy flow naturally? Where does it leak away, build pressure, or stay tightly held? How do habit, identity, culture, or past experience influence what we take on—or avoid?

Through grounding and open conversation, we’ll look at patterns of responsibility, generosity, restraint, and self-protection—not as right or wrong, but as strategies we’ve learned. The goal isn’t to give more or less, but to better understand how we relate to our energy and what it costs or protects.

No prior attendance is required. Whether this is your first time with the group or you’ve been here from the start, you’re welcome to step in exactly where you are.
