Where My Energy Comes From
This session marks the start of Own Your Energy, a theme focused on noticing where our energy, effort, and motivation come from—physically, mentally, and emotionally—without trying to fix or optimize anything.

Much of how we move through life is shaped by habit, responsibility, identity, or unspoken expectation. Together, we’ll explore questions like: What pulls my energy without me thinking about it? When does effort feel natural, and when does it feel heavy? What happens when I slow down long enough to notice what’s already driving me?

Through grounding and open discussion, we’ll begin bridging self-awareness with how we show up in the world. No prior attendance is needed—whether this is your first session or you’ve been coming for months, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
