Every choice we make with our time, attention, and effort has a cost.
Some responsibilities drain us. Some challenges Strengthen us. Some roles we carry out of habit or obligation — even when they no longer serve us.
In this session, we’ll explore how to recognize what depletes us and what genuinely fuels us. What kinds of effort feel meaningful, and which leave us feeling tense, resentful, or stuck? How do we balance responsibility with restoration?
Through grounding and open conversation, we’ll look at how energy moves through our work, relationships, routines, and personal goals. The aim is not to eliminate difficulty or chase constant motivation, but to better understand the trade-offs we are living with — and what becomes possible when we notice them more clearly.
No prior attendance is required. Whether this is your first time or you’ve been part of earlier sessions, you are welcome to join the conversation.
