Where Do I Belong?
Most of us move through many different environments in our lives—family, work, friendships, communities, and the wider culture around us.
In some of those places we feel comfortable and at ease. We can speak openly, think clearly, and show up as ourselves. In others, something feels different. We might hold back, adjust how we act, or feel like we don’t quite fit.

These experiences often shape us more than we realize.
In this session we’ll begin a new theme exploring how our environments influence who we become and how we show up in the world. We’ll start with a simple question: where do we feel like we belong, and what makes those environments different?

Through grounding and open conversation, we’ll reflect on the places and relationships that support us—as well as the environments that make it harder to be ourselves.

The goal isn’t to judge those experiences, but to become more aware of how the spaces around us shape our lives, our choices, and our sense of connection.

No prior attendance is required. Whether this is your first time or you’ve been part of earlier sessions, you are welcome to join the conversation.

Who this is for:
Men interested in thoughtful conversation, self-awareness, and building genuine connections with other men while navigating the challenges and responsibilities of life.
