What is it?:
This is a 6 week-long progressive Ballet series meeting every Tuesdays at 7:30pm- 9:00pm at Liffey Trust Studios. Every week build's on the last, so consistent attendance is important and classes are bundled for maximum progress. That iconic Ballet dedication starts here!

Is this class appropriate for me?: Anyone with an inclusive and body-positive mindset may join. That includes absolute beginners!

If you have a differing ability and are not sure if classes are right for you please feel free to contact me at the info provided above and I’d be happy to discuss possible accommodations. Generally, all movements can be modified to accommodate differing abilities and injuries. I myself have an injured shoulder and old hip injuries that I need to mind.

Do I need to bring anything?

If you don’t have ballet slippers just bring a pair of socks to dance in and any clothes you feel comfortable moving in. I often wear form fitting athletic wear and students regularly wear the traditional leotard and tights- but just because they like it, not because it's required :)
