Doodle & Dialogue is an open, creative art gathering where participants are invited to explore whatever form of creative art expression speaks to them. While guided options such as Zen Doodle or Neurographica will be available, you are not limited to drawing or working with pen and paper.
You are welcome to bring any creative modality you enjoy—such as crocheting, jewelry making, sewing, collage, vision board creation, or another form of artistic expression. This space is about freedom, creativity, and self-expression, allowing each person to engage in the process that feels most nourishing and inspiring to them.
Doodling and intuitive art calms the nervous system, quiets the thinking mind, and creates a gentle bridge between the conscious and subconscious. Without needing words or artistic skill, creative expression allows emotions to move, insights to arise, and conversations to deepen in a safe, grounded way. Art becomes both a regulating practice and a doorway to connection, clarity, and self-trust.
In each event, we can explore simple, intuitive art practices such as Neurographica, Zen Doodle, Zentangle, and abstract doodling, allowing the hands to move while the mind relaxes. As we create, we gently open space for thoughtful discussion around spiritual and life-based topics such as the nature of consciousness, what is my purpose, life meaning, and personal growth.
Each gathering may include a brief Bookshare—short excerpts, quotes, or ideas from spiritual, philosophical, or consciousness-based books—offered as inspiration only. Reading is never required. Participants are encouraged to take what resonates and leave what does not.
This is an open-minded, respectful circle. All perspectives are welcome. There is no debating or arguing—only sharing, listening, and honoring personal experience. Participation in discussion is always optional.
