What is parts work or shadow work?

Before a living being encounters trauma, it is in a state of cohesion. We could say that he or she is in a state of oneness or experiences wholeness in and of themselves. When our consciousness splits as the result of trauma, our ego splits in two. Our sense of self becomes fragmented. So even though we have one body, within that body, we end up with multiple selves otherwise known as parts. Parts work then becomes the act of integrating those parts.

In this Mastermind we are going to show you how to work with two parts that are in a state of opposition because this opposition between two selves is the primary cause of distress in your life.
