We all carry wounds—some from childhood, some inherited through our ancestral line, and some carried forward from past lives. These hidden wounds often lie buried in the body and subconscious, showing up as emotional pain, repeating patterns, or a sense of heaviness we cannot explain.

In this workshop, we will create art together and release the shadow into our beautiful art-work.
