Chakra Healing Flow with Mii
Our bodies hold more than movement; they hold energy, emotions, and the stories we carry.
Join Mii for a 60-minute gentle yoga journey through the seven chakras, from Root to Crown. Through mindful asanas and breathing practices, we’ll explore each energy center and deepen our awareness of the connection between body, mind, and emotions.
This practice invites you to slow down, release tension, and create space for balance and inner awareness.

Move • Sound • Create
Join us for a 90-minute experience of gentle yoga, sound healing, and collaborative flower arranging in celebration of Universal Children’s Day (วันเด็กสากล).
Through gentle movement and a soothing sound bath, we’ll create space to slow down, embrace our playful side, and nurture our inner child. The experience continues with a collaborative flower arrangement, inviting everyone to express themselves freely in a safe and welcoming space.
There is no right or wrong way to create. Every bloom reflects our individuality, creativity, and the beauty of coming together.
This is a donation-based workshop, with 100% of donations after expenses going to the Blood Donation Center, Thai Red Cross Society, spreading kindness beyond the evening.

Voice Liberation & Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony with Babe

🎟️ 1000 THBOur voice is more than a way of speaking. It can also be a powerful tool for expression, creativity, and connection.
This workshop begins with a gentle yoga practice designed to help open and activate the voice. Participants will then be guided through sound healing, vocal liberation, breathwork, and vowel chanting through the chakras.
Together, we'll explore the voice as a tool for authentic self-expression, using sound and vibration to support greater openness, confidence, and a deeper connection with ourselves.
The experience continues with a quiet Blue Lotus tea ceremony for reflection and integration, before closing with a sharing circle and a moment of collective gratitude.
