Special Guest Vinyasa Yoga with Sunny ✨
Near Phrom Phong BTS, Sukhumvit 33/1, Bangkok, THJoin us at One Yoga Bangkok for a special evening Vinyasa Yoga practice with Sunny, senior teacher and lead teacher trainer from One Yoga Thailand.
Teaching since 2011, Sunny is known for her grounded and intelligent approach to yoga, blending elements of Hatha, Sivananda and Ashtanga Vinyasa into practices that feel both strong and accessible.
Rather than focusing on performance or extreme flexibility, her classes emphasize functional alignment, breath and mindful movement.
Expect a thoughtful Vinyasa flow designed to help you build strength, mobility and presence in a supportive environment.

Yoga Nidra offers a different approach.
Often described as yogic sleep, it is a guided meditation practice that invites the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware.
Join us for a free Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath session in Bangkok designed to support deep relaxation and stress relief.
In this community session, Kru Tann combines guided Yoga Nidra with therapeutic sound to help quiet the mind, release tension and create space for rest. You'll be invited into a deeply restorative state between sleeping and waking, allowing the body and nervous system an opportunity to reset.
